SMS Terms of Service
Program Description: HelloDondi by AlignedAI LLC sends operational SMS notifications to business owners and authorized staff who have explicitly opted in during account onboarding. Messages notify recipients of missed calls, caller summaries, and account activity from their AI receptionist.
How to Opt In: During HelloDondi account setup, you provide your mobile phone number and check a consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS call notifications from HelloDondi by AlignedAI LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."
Opt-In Confirmation Message: "Welcome to HelloDondi call notifications by AlignedAI Business Solutions. You'll receive SMS alerts for calls handled by your AI receptionist. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

Opt-Out Confirmation: "You've been unsubscribed from HelloDondi SMS notifications. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe."
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information and use services in a lawful manner.
Users may not use our services to engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, trademarks, and technology associated with AlignedAI remain the property of AlignedAI LLC unless otherwise stated.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AlignedAI makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, availability, or specific business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
